Metal halide perovskite materials and devices

Metal halide perovskite materials have gained much attention in the past years because of their high efficiency, low cost and the ease with which these materials can be made solution processable. These properties strongly suggest a huge potential of this class of materials for optoelectronic applications. This thematic series in Nanoscale Research Letters aims to demonstrate the recent research findings in  perovskite materials and devices, particularly those incorporated with nanomaterials or nanostructures.
