Special Collection in Celebration of the Research of Fedor Bogomolov on the Occasion of his 70th Birthday

To celebrate the Mathematical Legacy of Fedor Bogomolov on the occasion of his 70th birthday, we present this topical collection. Fedor Bogomolov is one of the leading researchers in the Geometry of Kähler manifolds and many other areas of algebraic geometry. The topical collection will cover many aspects of algebraic geometry as well as many areas of pure mathematics as well.

  1. Dynamical degrees and spectra can serve to distinguish birational automorphism groups of varieties in quantitative, as opposed to only qualitative, ways. We introduce and discuss some properties of those degre...

  2. The adèles of a scheme have local components—these are topological higher local fields. The topology plays a large role since Yekutieli showed in 1992 that there can be an abundance of inequivalent topologies ...

  3. The purpose of the present paper is to expose, in substantial detail, certain remarkable similarities between inter-universal Teichmüller theory and the theory surrounding Bogomolov’s proof of the geometric versi...
