Dynamic Spectrum Access and Cognitive techniques for 5G

This special issue originates from the 11th International Conference on Cognitive Radio Oriented Wireless Networks (CROWNCOM 2016). It will gather extended versions of a selected set of best CROWNCOM 2016 papers and also external papers in order to give a relevant coverage of the aforementioned scientific topics.
