Fuzzy Algebra and Soft Computing

Edited by: Professor John Macintyre of Sunderland University (UK)

It is my pleasure to introduce the Fuzzy Algebra and Soft Computing Collection, an Open Access sister venue of my subscription journal Neural Computing and Applications. Articles can be submitted via manuscript transfer, or as direct submissions through the SpringerPlus website.

This collection provides a new publication outlet for scientists and academics who are developing new approaches to soft computing using fuzzy algebra, with specific emphasis on the algorithmic approaches and where there is an evidence-base for the benefits of the new approach.

Subject matters for the Collection include:

  • Soft Computing
  • Fuzzy Logic
  • Fuzzy Set Theory
  • Fuzzy Algebra

All manuscripts are subject to rigorous peer review for their suitability for publication in SpringerPlus.

Submission Instructions:

If your manuscript meets the aims and scope of this individual Collection, please first follow all of the SpringerPlus Submission Guidelines.

During submission, at the "Additional Information" section, please select that you are submitting to an Article Collection, and choose “Fuzzy Algebra and Soft Computing” from the list.

Collection Articles:

  1. Molodtsov introduced the concept of soft sets, which can be seen as a new mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. In this paper, we initiate the study of soft normed rings by soft set theory. The notio...
