Real-Time Multimedia Coding and Transmission

This special issue will cover all aspects related to multimedia (especially image and video) coding and transmission techniques, in particular those well suited for resource-constrained devices and applications with real-time temporal restrictions. Original papers describing completed and unpublished work not currently under review by any other journal, magazine, or conference are solicited.
